บริษัท ไทยโพลีเคมิคอล จำกัด ผลิตและจำหน่าย เม็ดแคลเซียม, แคลเซียมคาร์บอเนตมาสเตอร์แบท ( Calcium Carbonate Masterbatch, CaCO3 Pellet ) สามารถใช้ร่วมกับ เม็ดโพลีโอเลฟินส์ เช่น LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP ซึ่งการใช้แคลเซียมเม็ด ผสมในสูตรการผลิตในอัตราส่วนที่เหมะสม และมีการ Dispersion ที่ดี จะช่วยเพิ่ม Strength ให้กับชิ้นงานด้วย เหมาะสำหรับผสมเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มน้ำหนักให้ชิ้นงาน และช่วยลดปริมาณการเติมสีขาว และยังช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิตอีกด้วย เช่นงาน ถุงหูหิ้ว งานขวดและแกลลอน รวมทั้งบรรจุภัณฑ์ ในลักษณะต่างๆ ขนาดบรรจุภัณฑ์ มาตรฐาน 25 kg/bag ( PP bag)

Calcium masterbatch contains high concentration of calcium carbonate with excellent whiteness based on polyolefin resins. It is one of filler masterbatch. It is manufactured by twin screw extruder machine and the most modern technology. This product contains : CaCO3, resin and some additives. It’s suitable for extrusion, blowing film, threading yarn, injection molding, etc. This product which has fine dispersion, free agglomeration brings in the end product more whiteness, transparent, more glossy, smooth’s surface. Compatibility : LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP
